A previous contractor botched a job of putting drains in my back yard, and now when it rains water comes around the house and drowns the grass in the side yard and front yard.
I need someone to come out and move the current drains, and add new drains as needed.
I also would like a new 60 foot by 2.5 foot flagstone pathway connecting my front porch and back patio, going around the side of the house. This is in the same area with the bad drainage, so it would make sense to knock out both projects at the same time (and only tear the ground up once). |

I am about to move into this condo that needs the flooring revived. The floors are dark parquet throughout. It has some deep scratches that may be able to be touched up to allow for just a screening and re-coat or they may be need to be sanded down and refinished. Not certain but price does come into play. Work will need to be done in the first week of April or end of March. I would like price estimates by the end of the week to make a decision over the weekend.
